Ingredients
- 2 egg
- 150 g sugar
- 50 g melted butter
- 200 g coconut chips

Instructions
- Whisk the eggs with the sugar. Add the butter and coconut flakes and mix well. Let the dough rest for about 15-20 minutes.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and use a spoon to spread out the dough piles.
- Bake at 180℃ for approximately 12-15 minutes.
- Allow to cool in the tin.
