Yeast pancakes

Ingredients
- 400 g flour
- 7 g dry yeast
- 50 g sugar
- 400 ml milk room temperature
- 2 eggs
- 1 arb.sh. vanilla sugar

Instructions
- Mix all dry products.
- Pour in the warm milk (room temperature or no more than 35℃), beat in the eggs. Mix well.
- We help keep it warm so that it rises. It takes about an hour.
- Fry in oil on both sides.
- Serve with your favourite accompaniments. My favourite is sour cream and maple syrup.
