- 1 kg potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 3 spoons flour
- 1 arb.sh salt
- oil for frying

- Peel and grate the potatoes. You can grate it finely, called a potato grater, but I grated the potatoes for these pancakes more coarsely. There is one in probably every home.
- Beat the eggs into the grated potatoes, add salt and flour. Mix well.
- Fry in a frying pan in well heated oil.
- Eaten with sour cream. Or jam. To taste

Very tasty fried in unrefined sunflower oil. Reminds me of my childhood, my mother used to use this oil for potato pancakes. Because back then, everything was fried in lard, and for pancakes, my mother used to choose oil, probably the only kind she had.
