- 500 g cottage cheese
- 1 egg

Preparation of the dough
- Put the flour, salt and salt in a bowl
- Add the oil to the hot water
- Add the water and oil to the flour and mix quickly to form a dough. When cool, cover with cling film to prevent drying.
Stuffing
- Beat the egg into the cottage cheese, add the salt and mix well.
Shaping the chitterlings
- Cut off part of the dough, roll it out thinly and squeeze out the circles with a glass.
- Place a teaspoon of filling in the middle of the circle.
- Fold the circle and pinch the edges.
- For a better hold and a nicer look, crimp the edges with a fork (don't press too hard)
