  • 1 egg

Instructions

Preparation of the dough

  • Put the flour, salt and salt in a bowl
  • Add the oil to the hot water
  • Add the water and oil to the flour and mix quickly to form a dough. When cool, cover with cling film to prevent drying.

Stuffing

  • Beat the egg into the cottage cheese, add the salt and mix well.

  • Cut off part of the dough, roll it out thinly and squeeze out the circles with a glass.
