Curd for lazybones

Ingredients
- 600 g cottage cheese
- 350 g flour
- 4 eggs
- salt
- a little flour for rolling
For the sauce
- 100 g bacon
- 20 g butter
- 3 spoons sour cream

Instructions
- Boil a pot of water (about 3 litres)
- Knead the cottage cheese, flour, eggs and salt well.
- Divide the dough into 4-5 parts and roll out long 'bars'
- Cut into 1-1.5 cm pieces.
- Place the curds in boiling water. Once the curds have come to the boil, boil for about 5 -6 minutes.
- Fry the bacon in butter.
- Since we like it a bit differently at home, I don't mix sour cream with the fried bacon, we each put it as we like it, democracy at the table 🙂
