Spaghetti bolognese

Ingredients

  • 250 g spaghetti
  • 200 g minced meat
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 spoon tomato paste
  • 1 jar canned chopped tomatoes
  • 100 ml red wine
  • 50 g bacon
  • 1 slice garlic
  • salt, pepper, thyme

Instructions

  • In a frying pan, fry the bacon, add the minced meat and fry nicely, stirring.
  • Grate the carrot, finely chop the onion and celery stalk. Add to the meat.
  • When baked, add the garlic and tomato paste and stir. Then add the canned chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper and spices. Pour in the wine. Simmer for about 5-8 minutes.
  • Cook the spaghetti (according to the instructions on the packet).
  • Drain the cooked spaghetti, place it on plates and pour the sauce over it.
